To explore the function of kaempferol on lung cancer cell A549 and microRNA-199 variation is objective study. The proliferation was detected by counting kit-8. expression mammalian target rapamycin, phosphorylated light chain 3-?/?, beclin-1, B-cell lymphoma 2 2-associated X protein showed Western blot. determined quantitative polymerase reaction. adenocarcinomic human alveolar basal epithelial cells, gradually low with concentration rising. Kaempferol could inhibit microRNA-199, beclin-1 promoted expressions. When inhibited 3-?/? in kaempferol+microRNA-199 inhibitor group lower than blank added only group. In group, rapamycin low. high two groups. apoptosis autophagy cells via microRNA/mammalian axis.
